Dear Family,
I have just recited The Living Christ. I want you all to know how much this means to me. I know it is true. I recite it every night when I go to bed. I love it. It brings me so much peace and comfort. I will always be grateful to Mark for challenging me to learn this.
Love, Grandma

Darryl's Fam

Hello everyone! We're excited grandma now has a blog so we can see how the whole family is doing. And grandma, we're expecting to read some posts from you! :) We are all doing really well.

Kyle turned 5 in June and is starting school in a couple weeks. We're nervous to send him off in to someone else's hands, but he's definitely ready. He's my helper during the day, so I'm going to miss him around here!!

Damon is 3 1/2 and is our little mischevious guy. He brings a lot of attitude and spunk to our family, and can always make us laugh.

Little Valerie is 15 months and is the Queen Bee around here. She runs our household!! She's in that stage where she climbs on top of everything and gets in to every cupboard, drawer, you name it. We just LOVE having a daughter, and are enjoying all the differences in raising boys and girls!

Darryl and I are doing great. Darryl loves his job as a police officer....it suits him well. He is the Elder's Quorum president in our ward and does a great job at balancing family and his other responsibilities. We are very lucky to have him!! I stay busy (and stressed out) with the kids. :) I have to second Aileen's comment.....how did you handle 10 kids?? I think I would end up in a mental hospital for the insane. :) We love you and miss you. We will be in Utah the end of this month for my brother's wedding, so we will definitely have to come visit with you! Lots of love!!
